Returns Policy

We operate the following returns and refund policy:

  • Any products must be returned within 7 days from authorisation. We are unable to accept returns of any unwanted items subsequent to the 7 days return window.
  • No refund can be given for the original shipping or delivery cost of any items which are returned for credit. The refund given will be for the total cost of the products only (excluding delivery costs)
  • Before returning any unwanted items the customer must telephone us for a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) Number. The RMA number must be quoted on paperwork accompanying the goods being returned. This process can be completed simply on our online shop
  • You must organise the return of items at your expense and risk. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation and an RMA Number
  • Goods must be returned 'as sold', with the original packing and all paperwork and accessories
  • Goods must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition. If the box has been opened to examine the product it must have been done without damaging the box and packaging, or damaging the product in any way. The product must be re-packaged and returned to us as received
  • Goods received without authorisation or outside of the stipulated time limits will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery will be charged to your account

Please Note:

  • Refunds will be made by cheque only
  • Faulty items, incorrect or missing stock will carry no charge on refund.
  • For credit card refunds, 6% from the total value of your order will be deducted should you wish to cancel your order through no fault of Ice Entertainments (e.g. cancellation of your event etc.).
  • If you are happy to accept a refund in the form of a cheque, then only 3% will be deducted from the total value of your refund.
