  1. What is the best way to order?

    Ordering via our online website is usually quicker and can be done in your own time. If however you need any help or advice, please feel free to call us at the office on +44 (0)20 7298 5571 or on the move +44 (0) 7956 933 123.

  2. How much is delivery?

    Please note, due to UK firework regulations on the transportation of hazardous goods, our carriage costs carry a slight premium. We have absorbed the majority of the costs ourselves. We have a fixed delivery charge dependant on the quantity of products ordered. They are listed below excluding VAT.

    1. Customer Collection - No Charge
    2. UK Next Day Orders (Excludes Ireland) - From £15.00
    3. London Same Day Orders (Orders before 10:00am) - From £20.00
    4. UK Same Day Orders (Excludes Ireland) - From £50.00

    Please make sure you are available to take delivery or the couriers will charge an additional delivery charge for re-delivery which we will have to debit from your card. Please ensure there will be someone at the delivery address to avoid this extra charge.

  3. How long will it take to receive my delivery?

    This will depend on what delivery charge you wish to pay for. We offer same day, next day and also a 3-4 day service. Prices will fall as you extend the delivery schedule.

  4. What credit and debit cards do you accept?

    We accept any of the following payment cards:

    Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, Visa Debit, Switch (UK only), Solo (UK only), Delta, and JCB.

  6. How safe are your Fireworks?

    We believe safety to be of the utmost importance. All our fountains conform to British Safety Standards (BS7114: Part 2) & European Regulations. They can be used indoors, as confirmed by Trading Standards and the Health & Safety Executive (HSE).

  7. Will you provide safety instruction?

    Should you require information, yes we can. As a company safety is of utmost importance. Safety comes first! If you are not sure of any safety points please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to help.

  8. Why does my shopping cart initially say ‘FREE Delivery’ but then when I attempt to process my order it then states a charge for delivery?

    By default, our website applies a zero delivery charge for all new customer accounts that have not yet registered their delivery address details. Until a delivery address has been entered, our website does not know where to deliver or even if the customer actually wants the products to be delivered. Once a customer inputs their delivery address details, it is at this stage that our site applies the relevant delivery charge, based on location.
